Can I make an exchange?
Yes! It is possible to make exchanges, but every order is printed on demand so it will take 7-10 days. Tell us which items you want to exchange, and how we can make things right. When the new items arrive, the exchange will take place at our South Minneapolis home office.
Can I return an item?
If you’re not happy with the quality or fit of an item you ordered, you may return it for a full refund. Please do not return the item to Printful – our printing and fulfillment partner. Instead, ship your item to:
